Whitewater offers mountain biking trips in the New
River Gorge National Recreation Area.
These mountain
bike trails vary from gentle slopes to single-track
challenges, making this area good for beginning and
experienced mountain bikers.
Our half day and full day mountain bike tours allow
you to explore the history of the New River Gorge
National Recreation Area. As you travel through the
New River Gorge you will see ruins of the coal boom
of the early 1900's and stone foundations of homes
deserted long ago. These ruins bear witness to a time
when coal was king and commerce was brisk in New River
country.
These West Virginia mountain biking trips include
guides and shuttle service to and from Songer Whitewater.
Choose from easy, moderate or advanced skill levels.

Biking Adventure Package
This package includes a full day Lower New River trip
with lunch, a half-day New River Gorge mountain biking
trip, 2 nights camping (bring your own tent) at our
104 acre campground, healthy light breakfast both
days and a BBQ cookout dinner. Rates are based on
the day of rafting.
